The Wyoming Valley Dog Owners
Group was formed to create and
maintain an off-leash dog park in
Wilkes-Barre with no cost to
taxpayers.  

The dog park will be located on
Wilkes-Barre city property but all
funds  for fencing, landscaping,
water spigots, pet waste station and
benches will be raised by WVDOG.

We hope to accomplish this by
soliciting donations of money,
supplies or labor from local
business, corporate sponsors, fund
raiser and public donations.
