Welcome to the online home of Wyoming Valley Dog Owners Group! WVDOG
is a group of volunteers who are committed to bringing an off leash dog park
to the city of Wilkes-Barre.

OUR MISSION STATEMENT:

		To actively raise funds in support of the development and maintenance of an attractive,
		fenced in, off leash park where dogs and their owners can exercise and socialize in a safe, clean environment in order to provide personal and community enrichment and promote the health and well being of the citizens and canines of Luzerne County, Pennsylvania.

		To develop rules and regulations that will ensure that the park is an asset and source of
		pride to those who use it, as well as to Luzerne County as a whole.

		To promote education, training and recreational activities that facilitate responsible dog
		ownership and better behaved dogs through the use of volunteers and professional dog trainers.
